Focused on Beginner and intermediate racers looking to gain
the skills and knowledge to make the jump to the
next level of competition.
Price: $700 per person
This adventure racing camp includes:
Instruction in Whitewater Paddling, Ropes, Navigation, Mountain Biking,
Race training and logistics planning, Mountain Biking, River Rescue,
Flatwater Paddling, Nutrition, and ending with a

Adventure Racing Certification Camps and Clinics

Cost $375
Pura Vida Adventures is proud to be recognied by the Primal Quest and many other
race organizations as a qualified instructional organization
for providing adventure racing instruction.
Pura Vida Adventures will host a variety of clinics and
camps which will provide racers
with an opportunity to gain their competencies
in the areas of first aid, climbing/fixed ropes,
navigation, swimming and paddling.
The fact that Pura Vida Adventures instructors are not
only veteran racers with
years of expedition race experience,
but also have worked as instructors
in outdoor leadership
programs at various colleges and universities,
hold advanced medical certifications,
and are certified instructors by such organizations
as the American Canoe Association
allows us the opportunity to provide racers
with all their certifications over a 3 day period.
In addition, we are capable of filling requests for participants
only needing specific certifications.
All programs will cover the topics necessary to compete in ,
as well as additional safety and knowledge which will enhance
the racers ability to excel in that specific discipline.
